I have called tpg multiple times and am having my 4th nbn visit today to my place to try resolve the issue. Ever since upgrading to 100mb superfast plan I am randomly disconnecting multiple times EVERYDAY and it's frustrating. While working from home my internet cut out and I see the NBN Arris CM8200 lights flashing.   Online/Power flashing green while upstream/downstream blinking blue. I've checked multiple websites and forums and it looks like the modem is broken for an apparent reason.   I am currently working from home in Sydney in the pandemic and now do not have internet.
