I'm unable to log into my dashboard. I get a message pop-up saying "Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. Please try again later." and then it gets me back to the original page. Although I tried using Firefox and Chome, both gives the same behaviors. Regards,

Hi Angeli, Thank you for you reply. I nderstand what you are saying, but I asked the different question. My NBN monthly payment is the 3dr of the month. I paid it on 3rd of July for this month. If wanted to cancel my NBN and sent the wrriten notice today, the service would stop in 30 days, which would stop on 4th of Aug. In this case, how much should I make for the next payment? Would it be still for one month or would it be prorated? That's what I wanted to know. Regards,

Dear Sir, I cannot see any mobile invoices under my account. I cannot see and change any mobile settings bacause there isn't any link to do so. My phone cannot use data to download from the internet for a few days. I need to check the settings. I haven't changed anything, though.
