Hello, A customer rep agreed to give me a $60 credits back in mid October. It has been 2 months since then. I have rung 4 times including my phone call today to follow up. Nobody can tell the progress or what's wrong. Pretty disppointed as a new customer. Regards,

NBN box connection light is blue and flashing and no DSL light after I have tried to reset it by unplugged both power of NBN box & modem. I checked the service status via TPG app. Modem and internet are both red cross (it said they are offline) and voice service is green ticked. However, I tried to call but unable to connect and heard the error code #OCA0188.
