I have signed up to NBN and my building has FTTC technology. I have received my modem router sent by TPG already but I do not have an existing NBN connection box and will need a new one sent out. TPG phone lines are clogged with calls at the moment and completely useless trying to call them as they just hang up on you. I am trying to get this sorted immediately please. ... View more
