Unfortunately no response to lodged fault, and no answer on phone (on hold 40 minutes) - unacceptable response from telco - not surprising but how is anyone supposed to get things fixed?!?

My internet has been down all morning - from 6am. Now 11:45am. Test says no internet connection. Rebooted no change. Outage website says no issues. I’ve lodged a fault online , but no response.

Yes the DSL and internet lights go out and then after a while start blinking. Then stay on until next time. Several times per day. Both wifi and ethernet are affected.

I’m getting very short dropouts (few secs) several times a day. I’ve reset the modem several times and makes no difference. The TPG modem is fairly new. This has been happening for a few months now. When it’s working it’s always around 110 Mbps. The dropouts cause browsing and streaming issues and are very frustrating.

Yeah, nah thanks BasilDV but I’ll put up with the inconvenience of dropouts for a while longer rather than go through a reset. I would rather go through all those password resets if I get a new modem. cheers Mark

It’s happening on wired connections too. The photos attached are a sample but when you go to the “Details” it always relates to Huawei. I’ve restarted a few times but not factory reset. Do passwords and all devices need to be reconnected manually with a factory reset?

Hi, I'm currently getting multiple short dropouts, possibly related to "cannot verify server" messages on wi-fi connected devices. Otherwise getting around 100 Mbps on FTTB most of the time. My questions are: 1. How does the firmware get updated? - currentlyV100R001C216B013 2. Does it need to be upgraded to a new modem? - 6 yrs old now thanks
