New monthly period started and usage data still wrong. I have since contacted support twice and there is no progress and no improvement. Same issues, missing data and jumbled data (some from last month period and some from this month). WTF?

1. The usage data is being drip fed small amounts at a time for minute periods, sometimes hours within the day so clearly there is still a problem (including missing data info). 2. Add to that the tpg email login failure today (raised by someone in community yesterday) that is still failing now. You already have my details in this list of posts on the previous, ongoing issue.

It's happened once again, every few days the same failure. This time 30th June data missing. Can you fix it permanently?

Its happened again, only lasted 4 days this time. I have no usage data for 20th June (should show up as 19th June e.g. 23:57:38). Can you fix again please?

Can I have an update on remedy progress? I have a screenprint to send you of usage data currently available. Please notify me a moderator to send a private message with the image. I am still missing data from 10th and now missing 13th. I do have 14th so is download is current but inconsistent. Thanks

Hello, it's happened again. No data usage for yesterday, I noticed this morning but decided to wait 7 hours to see if it would update but no. Is it possible to have a permanent fix for what is afterall, an automated process? Thanks

I was right to wait for the new period to confirm if fix was permanent... actually TPG can't even maintain this current period data fix. Where is my data usage for the 4th of June?

Can you explain the inability to access the TPG website, specifically "My Account" after signing in? Is it going to be a long time to fix? BTW if it isn't obvious, I have internet access otherwise how could I have posted this question...

Thanks BasilDV, however I hope the data will be loaded alphanumeric (which it still isn't) and usage updated on a daily basis going forward.

I had done my part when you asked. It's coming up to 54 hours...you will let me know (or my beneficiaries in my will) when it's fixed?

Can you explain why usage data has become useless/hopeless/frustrating, you choose which it is? I can't decide which, but it is for sure one of these. In previous months it has been occassionally missing data for a day then returned ok. Not happy but ok. Then in it's worse, thus far, it not only missed several days, but when it back filled the data it was in a jumbled order, not alpha numeric??? And it left out one day completely, that I missed such that my last day access was thottled to constant buffering! Now I start this month and I only get first 5 days data and nothing more. After being transferred several times I find out this data comes direct from my modem. Modem is working fine so what is it TPG is incorrectly doing to list my data usage? I was told 24 to 48hrs to resolve it and right now we are 49hrs and still no resolution. How hard could it be??? :(
