Hi Ahra_G - thanks for your message however I have previously had a number of calls from "Case Managers" who continually ask the same questions with no solution.  I only need to be called to let me know that (1) the TMC verification code email is coming through and (2) that my email is being transferred.  I have wasted far too much time on this and it is sounding like I will have to waste numerous hours setting up an alternative email to use with numerous companies/friends.  Something that should have been so easy is now so complicated. Well it would be nice if I can get a verification code emailed to me.  Have spent over 3 weeks dealing with TMC (via email) and TPG postmaster and customer service and still nothing.  Have gone round and round on a merry go round with all of these people and still nothing.  Have wasted hour on hour, day after day waiting for the never to arrive email.  I have even given the postmaster my log-in details to access my webmail account so he/she can see what's going on and still nothing (yes I have checked junk/spam mail!).  Daily emails to TPG to get an update but nothing in the last 36 hours. Joseph_D - thanks for your note.  On Sunday 6 Aug I contacted TPG via Facebook message and they advised they will look into it (no response received).  I have also now managed to log a query to TMC who have emailed me with the usual suggestions such as check junk/spam mail, etc - yes all done in the first instance and I am checking emails also via webmail to make sure they're not stuck there (they're not).  As I am receiving emails from TMC it would appear that this registration process they have set up is for some reason blocking my email address.  TMC is evidently looking into this as this is the message received from them yesterday:  "Well that's definetly not the experience we want you to be having. Let me check with my colleagues tomorrow and see if we get to the bottom of this. I will be in touch when i have more information. Kind Regards, Lucas The Messaging Company" So at 6.00pm I have no response from TMC so it would be appreciated if TPG could also do some querying as to why my verification email is being "blocked" (or what).  As stated I am getting emails from TMC so it's the verification system that's the issue.  BTW I have just again tried to register but after 20 minutes no verification email has been received......again. ... So now a week later and I am still not receiving a verification code from TMC to register my interest in transferring my email.  I have spent over an hour on different browsers trying to register but no luck.  TPG any ideas as TMC do not respond when I send a message via their "Contact Us" button.  This is very disappointing and not encouraging.  Let's hope that if emails do get transferred that the new system actually functions appropriately.  Your assistance is requested. ... I am still trying to receive my verification code but no luck.  TMC's verification area times out but I never receive their email.  I have even gone into email settings to ensure I receive correspondence from TheMessagingCompany.  Also unable to log a query on their Contact Us tab - not good so far and not very encouraging as to how this is going to migrate and operate. ...
