Hi BasilDV,   Sorry its been so long in replying...   I have been having issues for quite a while and i've tested via WiFi and Wired connected for speed. It has consistantly been slow and also my internet will cut out or pause and then resume for no reason. I'm just not sure if the line to the house is the connection/speed issue or if it is something to do with my modem   Thanks ... View more

Hi, I have a TP Link Archer C7 modem but it regulary seems to drop out the connection and I am only averaging speeds of around 43Mbps download during the weekday (1pm) when I am paying for a connection speed of 120Mbps. Do I need to change settings on my modem or get a new modem? ... View more
