My installation did not happen on the 23/01/2024 how do I reschedule

Had about a dozen emails from tpg about being home for nbn upgrade appointment 23/1 between 1and 5 , email 4.40 can nor make it Slack service 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Try to get a simple answer about do I buy a new modem when upgrading to fibre,is like taking to a brick wall
