My TPG nbn lost internet since yesterday. Nothing has changed after several times resetting, the problem is still persisting. The red light has been flashing with a clicking sound on the modem. I have lodged a faulty report to TPG through my TPG app and never receive a call back. I have tried several times to call TPG’s technical support number today and I never got a response. Since switching to NBN, the landline can only receive incoming calls but can’t make outgoing calls. It has the dialtone but when making a call, you always heard the voice” the number you have dailed is not available from this service, OCA 0163”. The internet works fine. ... View more
