Hi @BasilDV, I got the email from TPG saying that the request to change your TPG NBN plan has been completed. In addition, TPG has already sent me the account statement and invoice. I tested the speed using Google Home app in my iphone (attached screenshot) which showing 100Mbps. My new plan should be around 600Mbps. My modem still using old one from TPG (Tplink Archer VR1600). I tried to send email to tpg but always failed and therefore I go here to find out if someone encounter same issue. Thanks ... View more
