Hi,
We received an email a couple of days ago to say our internet is active and we checked online and indeed everything is fine but after following the steps to set up we still don't have any internet connection. The wifi light is on but the internet light is off.
We have contacted the online support that did not solve our problem.
We need your assistance .

We have located the account using your community details and we can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team.

 

We have already made a follow up and a case engineer will contact between 10AM and 1PM QLD time today to discuss the progression of the case.
