Hi,
I have been waited for the ADSL internet service since the payment has processed on 24-3-2020. I have received the modem on 27-3-2020 but I haven't got any update on the service since then. It has already been 2 WEEKS. I couldn't contact any customer services and the installation status is keeping telling me that "It's progressing".
HOW MUCH LONGER AM I EXPECTING TO WAIT??
