Hi,
I received an email saying a technician has been assigned and the internet will be activated today. But the internet doesn't seem to be working? Need assistance as it's nearly a month since I asked you guys for the installation. Please respond.

Yes today is the cutover date for your Internet.

If this service is still not working by tomorrow morning send me a PM (Personal Message) here and we can escalate it for you.

Hi Peter,
I agree and internet isn't working yet. Could you please confirm if the internet been connected or anything I need to do from my end?
