I want to cancel the account now, I have called by phone, there's no one pick me up.

Hi , thanks for your reply. What can I do for the cancellation of the service? What require information should be provide and the written notice? I have reply to the email and it’s unmonitored. What means?

If you completed and sent the email to @cancel (the one i sent to your email adress yesterday), just give it a couple of days for someone to respond.
