Cancellation of account

I have just sent an email to xxxxx@tpg.com.au with the following text to cancel the account -- do I need to do anything else: 

 

Hello Please cancel this account as of receipt of this email:  xxxxx. It is no longer in contract.    Please let me know what the process is from here on out.   Thanks,   Verushka Byrow (username xxxxx)

Hi @Verushka24 , we have edited your post for security purposes. Our record shows that the account has been cancelled on April 2020 and an email confirmation has been sent to the email address we have on file.
