Hi I was just wondering in my apartment I have a phone line but it's the wrong connection needed to set up the modem none of the wires fit the correction in the wall I'm guessing I need a technician to come out and fit the correct fitting so I can set up properly, just wanted to know if this is correct or the next step to fixing this issue
