I installed and connected my equipment today. I am now connected but haven’t received a message from tpg confirming this. Is there a delay between connecting and receiving confirmation? Thanks in advance.

We have located the account using your community details. As per checking, the NBN order has been completed on 05/06/2019 around 8PM. We have checked the status of your connection and it looks stable for more than 15 hours now
