Internet/wifi not working

I just received my modem to set up wifi but the wifi is not working. I am able to connect to the wifi but it’s not working.

I don’t have a home phone or main PC so I only need wifi and thus have only connected the power socket.

The wifi green light is on but the ‘internet’ one next to it is not.

If there's no internet light, that's possibly the reason why you can't go online despite being connected to the Wi-Fi network.


A solid green internet light will indicate that the internet is working.


We'd like to further look into this and check what can be done to resolve the issue.
