Is Chat even on?

I moved home and lost the previous modem so now I need to get in contact with customer service. I've tried every single channel, live chat, enquiry, email. It's been almost two weeks and no response at all! What is happening! Two weeks without internet connection? Especially when everything is moved online!!! This is outrageous now.

We sent a modem to you in 2016.

 

You said you have moved house but no records of a transfer.

So just to confirm, is the service you need a modem on for an NBN or ADSL service?
