Leaving property and wish to cancel TPG internet

Hi, we are leaving our property on the 1st of April. I have tried to call twice and have not got in contact with anyone to help me. Can someone please call me a.s.a.p to ensure we do everything correctly to ensure we don't get charged for our internet anymore. Our account needs to be cancelled on the 1st of April 2020.
