I am moving house in a few weeks and submitted a request to transfer my ADSL2+ plan over a week ago to my new place. I have not yet received any confirmation that this is to go ahead, or any communication at all. I have submitted the request via all channels available multiple times. No one seems to be answering the phone or chat support.
