Moving house

Have been trying to get in contact for the last 2 weeks. Moving in the next few days and desperately need the the transfer from our current residence (NBN) to our new residence for work purposes or we are unable to work! Have attempted to call for several hours for the last 2 weeks - every day. Will not respond to emails, or chat service, despite many attempts. What are we suppose to do? Not acceptable, and frustrated client. Both of us know the constraints of working from home with high volume calls - however we are paying for a service. Jason and Renee.
