I have received Wi-Fi modem but didn't receive any nbn connection box how can I access internet?
Not sure if installation is done or not. Some one can advise.

HI mustkim1982,

I have checked with nbn and noted that in your premise previosuly there was active nbn FTTC service so nbn ncd should be in premise. If you are unable to find out nbn ncd then better to contact properly agent so he check with previous occupant otherwise involving nbn to come your place taking longer than usual time during this pandemic. In your case first you need connect nbn ncd and TPG provided router and you need to leave for atleast 30 minutes, if you have multiple socket then try one by one for checking internet signal
