You would think that TPG would provide an efficient system to handle Customer Enquiries. this is pathetic. I have tried 5 or 6 times and have to wait at least an hour and a half and then to find I am not in the right area....so the Operator says they are connecting me with prioity and nothing happens...my Chat is droipped. Really Pathetic.
I haved moved addresses and am paying for a service at an address I no longer own and cannot get through to someone to transfer my service to my new address.
