No internet connection

Level 1b

No ADSL connection since this morning  27/03/2020. Seems no one would attend "Support" phone. Online chat doesn't work either.

Please help me!

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

In this case, we've seen that this issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and raised to Telstra due to a line fault causing the service not to work. Further updates will be provided by one of our Engineers via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available.
