Your service is now working however it is connected to a different port which is not designated for your service.
We raised this to our Engineering Team for investigation and to connect your service to the correct port.
Hi @shannonhaynes, we can see that our Engineering Team has been in touch and was able to confirm that the service is now properly working.
A Telstra technician came out to connect your service to the right port or line and we can see that it's working for more than 21 hours now.
