Old phone port

Hi - I have an old phone port coming into my rental property. Can anybody advise what adaptor I need to transfer it to a modern port, how much it may cost and where to buy them? TIA

If you have ADSL2+ service you just need to use a Modular Telephone Adapter / 610 Adapter.
