Hi We just upgraded out mac software to Catalina 10.15.3
and now we can receive emails , but can't send any emails out.
I have had a look at the mac settings on the tpg website, but the screen snapshots are out of date,
and do not reflect the windows we see when we go into our email account preferences to check
our account details/setup.
Do you have a current set of snapshots for mac mail set up.
