Hi tpg,

I was requesting for cancellation since March 17th, but I always got the same emails, it’s been over a weeks which is incompatible with your statement to process it 24 to 48 hours. I haven’t use TPG service at all, and already got charged for first fee $179 ( which is so unfair), now i just want my money backs.
I tried to sent the email follow the procedure, contact tpg via online chat and they said they didn’t receive any email then i called customer service, they sent the email to cancellation team and just said wait for it. I tired to call you guys, which is always got the same answer, without any progress.

Please process my cancellation immediately!
