We have just edited your post and remove the account number for security purposes.
Our record shows that you have signed up with TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone service last 5/January/2018 and the registration has been received and processed.
At the moment, we are just waiting for the direct debit payment to clear on our side and this is likely to happen today as it takes 3-4 working days for the payment to be processed.
Once the payment is processed, we will proceed with the installation and please be advised that the installation time frame for this type of service is 10-20 business days.
We will keep you updated by Email and SMS about the progress of the order and the installation date.
