At the old address, the original tpg set up was on a Billion BiPAC 7800DX ADSL2+ which worked well.
Unfortunately moved to nbn with new equipment, but that is another story.
Now moved to new address. No nbn here as yet. No tpg equipment in local exchange so Offnet service offered.
Advised via email that service was active. Plugged in Billion. No DSL light after boot. First question: On the assumption that there are no voice calls being made on the land line, should I be able to get a DSL light without a splitter installed? If Yes, second question is: Are Telstra Layer 2 settings the same as tpg?
