Where to get help? TPG Technical escalated the technical problem of dropout and determined it was not soluble.
The technician said he would refer the matter to another section (of TPG). This has not happened to date, but I did get this SMS 2 days ago: "TPG: Need help with your account concerns? TPG's online support site has answers to all account and billing issues at community.tpg.com.au".
I imagine the TPG TICKET # would apply only to technical matters. Any ideas?
