4g data barred

My 4g data service is still barred even after rolling into a new cycle.
I received a text message yesterday saying that my data is barred and that I should add to my prepaid balance. I went on to the website and added to the prepaid balance (the money was taken out of my debit account so I’m assuming it was added successfully).
But my data is still barred even after I restarted my phone. What do I do?
