The modem we provide is a standard modem and we’ve optimized the setup to complement our specifically configured modem settings. We now supply a TP-Link modem/router to our NBN service. However, if you already have the previous supplied Huawei modem/router with warranty, If it becomes defective the replacement will be the same brand (Huawei) and model.

Is my HG532D the one you will replace with same brand and model?
That does not make sense - please explain?
You will need to have an NBN compatible modem-router or router, depending on what type of NBN service is available in your area.
Huawei HG532D is not an NBN compatible device and it will only perfectly work on ADSL services.
