I have already filled in the emails you sent about canceling my account on the 1st of last month.

According to your request, I have cancelled my account 30 days in advance and set the cancellation date to March 31st. 

But I don't understand why you still deduct a new network fee from my bank account today,today is April 1st。

I think that your deduction today is unreasonable. You should return the overcharged money to my account.

At the same time, you need to confirm that my tpg network account has been canceled and email me.
