Account Cancellation

Hi, I have moved into a property where there is already an existing connection and bill with another provider hence I don't require TPG service anymore. I am not in a locked in contract and I already purchased the router outright, so there shouldn't be any cancellation fees. Please disconnect my tpg connection as soon as possible as the new tenants are moving into the property tomorrow and will need to connect their internet.
