Account problem

I'm getting messages that my service is about to expire and also that I have insufficient balance to make calls. When I go to my account, it says there is no outstanding balance and I note the payment came out of my bank account on 10 April.

Hi @EmmaB, we had a look at your account and we can see that the payment has been posted and the service should be working now. If you are still having issues, please let us know so we can check further.
