Activate roaming in overseas

Hi all,
I can't log on to the account as I am in overseas and not able to receive verification SMS while the romaing is not activated. but I can't activate roaming in my account because not able to log in. there should have other verification method as option, e.g. via registered email,for deal with such situation or people would just stay In dead lock.

anyone could help ?
