Hello, I transferred my mobile account from Telstra to TPG. It did not occur to me that I would lose my service plan that enabled me to use my Apple Watch for messaging and voice without needing to take my iPhone with me. Since TPG used the Vodafone network I assumed that I would be able to purchase a service plan through TPG. Am I correct in thinking now that this is not possible?
We currently do not support LTE eSIM for smart watches. There's no update on when the eSIM will be available on our Mobile plan, but once there's an update, it will be posted on our website and social media page.
