Being charged for disconnected internet service

Hi there,
My internet service was cancelled on the 8 November 2019 by TPG (per email sent by TPG) as I did not choose to go onto NBN, yet I have been charged $49.99 every month since for a disconnected service totalling $399.92. I nearly died when I looked at my credit card statements.
I have emailed the customer service department requesting reimbursement of this amount for being charged by TPG for a disconnected service accompanied by the letter TPG emailed me last year notifying me they would be disconnecting my service on 8 November 2019.
I have had no response as yet from my last email & would really like this rectified ASAP.
