I have just updated my account with a valid credit card. (I used it this morning) I get an error email from you

unfortunately this was declined by the bank. Please note that as TPG services are paid in advance, your service may be suspended if payment is not received before your billing cycle renewal. .......
How am I supposed to pay for my service if you will not accept my payment?
