Hey, I receive an email saying that was unable to complete my transaction, but the right day to discount the amount is 18 of witch month and not 12. How can you help me?

Hey, David, the situation is that, I hired TPG on May 12th, but I only had internet on May 18th. so the right thing would be every 18th the monthly fee to be discounted, not the 12th, because it would not be fair for me to pay a week in advance every month since I did not had the internet.
Could you just change the date of monthly fee for me?
