Hi, i already got nbn bundle contract (18 months) with tpg and i paid one time registration fees for it 9 months ago and every month $59.90.
But i relocated now in same suburb and just requested for installation to new place.
And again $180 ($99+$59.90+$20) deducted from my account.
I don't know why. But its not right way.
And i am calling tpg long wait, no response.
Then i started chat and i told that lady whole story and she said sorry for confusion i will connect you to the customer service and then i waited 1 hour approx. no one shows up. I want this to be fixed as soon as possible.
