I got a on 15/4/20 at 4.42PM to upgrade my phone use for 6G at no extra cost and $10 for extra 2G.
I have three phones
Could you please upgrade my all phones to 6G?
My billing cycle is 18 of month to 17 of next month. But I am getting messages for extra charge on 18 of all months. Could you please fix this issue it is annoying?
I am trying to contact you many times but could not talk any one.
If you can not fix these issues, I will move to other provider.
