Hi, 

I would like to talk to someone regarding my internet billing. I have missed a call last week regarding a complaint I requested for a refund of the month I had no internet in May. I also had my internet disconnected by nbn last week and had to arrange for a technician to come out and fix it, leading to not having any internet for my business. Someone from nbn had physically unplugged my internet and left the cord hanging out! I have been on hold with TPG for over an hour and half and still cannot get through. If someone can please help me as I would like compenstation for all of the internet I have paid for whilst I haven't had any connection within that time.
