Broadband account cancellation

Hi tpg,

Just wondering whether you have an easy way to cancel my account. I had to speak to 3 different people just to explain I only need to cancel my account with tpg. The person answered finally, promised to send an email with details on cancellation but I am waiting from yesterday. Can you help me out as I will be billed again although I will not be using the service (30 days notice). My account number is xxxxxxx.

Please could you cancel my Home Bundle L Account? I'm out of contract and cannot seem to find an easy way to cancel my account.

There is no easy way they run you around as long as they can. Promise callbacks that dont happen and dont reply to emails.

 

Suggest you contact the TIO its the only thing that seems to get any action out of them.
