I need someone to immediately cancel my plan. I have tried the online acccount, live chatt and reached out to 4 people, however, no one can cancel my plan. They're trained to end a conversation by "let me transfer you to an account specialist" then it's forever waiting. I have been dealing with different staff since 12 pm today and its been 4 hours now. I honestly don't understand why I need a "account specialist" to cancel a plan that is not even under contract. I find ridiculous one can upgrade a plan online, but not cancel it, particularly in times of COVID-19 resulting in TPG service outages - great custumer service TPG! Please take this as a written notice to provide me with immediate assistance in order to cancel my account! I expect someone to contact me today or my next call will be to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman!
