Can’t log in, was charged extra, can’t get into contact with the team

I was charged extra from my account and I can’t even get in contact and the actual payment date of first April, I do not want to be charged again with no reason when I can’t even cancel my plan (as I am moving out).
I NEED MY REFUND AND I NEED MY CANCELLATION DONE, ASAP.
Very disappointed with the Tpg.
