Can't make calls - still!

I'm posting this here because there's no other way to contact you without making a call it seems! I have not been able to receive/make calls on my mobile since moving house last week. I can make/receive them when I leave the area but not at home. I was using online chat last Friday when the issue first occurred and was told the issue was being escalated and I would be contacted by text within 24-48 hours....still waiting and still cannot make/receive calls. I've just had a pointless conversation with TPG mobile sales online chat asking them how I reach online chat tech support only to be told there isn't such a thing and to call....even though I told them I can't make calls. I'm really unimpressed - contacting you is a pain and your customer service has been non-existent!
